Consolidated Collision Services (CCS) was created by dealers, for dealers, with the mission to create the most efficient, profitable and competitive new car dealer collision repair network. CCS takes a three-pronged approach to improving the sales and profitability of our members; growing collision retention for the dealership, a focus on performance, profitability and process inside of the collision centre, and national representation at the insurance company level for our network members.
CCS’s dealer branded customer retention tools are designed to keep your collision centre top of mind for all of your customers. Providing tools and technology to bring your customers and their vehicles back to your collision centre in their time of need.
CCS provides all of its members with the software, tools and expertise to identify and track the collision centre’s performance and profitability; setting and prioritizing goals, KPI management and tracking, and creating accountability on all sides for improving collision centre operations.
The CCS insurance program takes a multi-faceted approach to creating long term partnerships with leading Canadian Insurers by creating revenue opportunities for our members both in the showroom of their dealerships and in the collision centre.
