John Niechwiadowicz
Owner, QLC Inc. With nearly 25 years in the collision repair industry, John is a respected consultant, trainer, and facilitator known for turning challenges into performance-driven solutions. He has delivered over 250 seminars across North America, sharing practical strategies on estimating accuracy, production management, KPIs, and more. John also works hands-on with collision centres nationwide, guiding operational improvements, team development, and growth planning. His industry insights are grounded in real-world experience and backed by an MBA from Penn State.
Kevin Nicol
Collision Repair and Brand Protection Manager, Toyota Canada Kevin brings over 32 years of experience at Toyota Canada. He oversees the collision parts wholesale programs, manages the Toyota & Lexus Collision Centre Certification Process, and leads the Brand Protection and Counterfeit Parts Enforcement activities. He is a certified Toyota Service Management evaluator and trainer, and has worked extensively with dealerships to implement Toyota Business Practices in the retail environment. Kevin is dedicated to fostering excellence and innovation in the automotive industry, ensuring that Toyota and Lexus customers receive the highest quality service and support.
Scott Wideman
Manager, Wholesale Parts and Collision, Volkswagen Canada Scott has over 20 years of experience in Aftersales Dealership Operations and has managed one of the largest volume parts departments in Canada. As a customer-focused and results-driven professional, Scott has built winning teams through an engaging management style to achieve a very profitable bottom line.
Jen Jones
Manager, Certified Collision Care Program, OEC With more than 25 years in the automotive industry, Jen blends deep experience with a commitment to advancing repair standards. As Manager of the Certified Collision Care program at OEC, she works together with OEMs, insurers, and MSOs to deliver certification for 13 automakers across Canada. Jen's leadership and collaborative approach have helped expand the program's reach and strengthen its impact nationwide.
Tim Burr
Senior Sales Executive, OEM & Specialty Accounts, Mitchell International With nearly 30 years in the collision repair industry, Tim combines hands-on experience with a passion for helping shops succeed. At Mitchell International, he works closely with repair facilities to improve efficiency, achieve OEM certifications, and unlock new business opportunities. Tim has managed multi-million-dollar operations and guided programs for brands like Mazda and GM, bringing practical insights and real-world solutions to every partnership.
Gabriel Morley
Associate Vice President, DEKRA Gabriel Morley has built his career across the automotive and collision repair industries, with leadership roles at BMW, VeriFacts, and OEC. He has guided programs in certified repair, electrification, and advanced materials, and since 2023 has led DEKRA's focus on safety and standards in the premium automotive market. His work continues to shape best practices for repair quality and industry innovation.
Kevin Poitras
CEO, Post Plastics and Tandem Recycling Kevin Poitras is the founder and CEO of Post Plastics, a Toronto-based company established in 2000. After gaining experience as a sales representative in the plastic distribution industry, Kevin focused on providing essential recycling services, particularly for the automotive sector. In 2019, he co-founded Tandem Recycling in Quebec, where both companies specialize in automotive polypropylene recycling services and the supply of high-quality resin.
Brandon Roy
Instructor, NCM Associates Brandon Roy's journey in the collision trade began at a young age, working alongside his father in the family collision centres. From humble beginnings, where he started sweeping floors to facilitating national performance groups and now into business and people management, Brandon's passion has always been rooted in the collision industry.
Charles Aubry
General Manager, CCS
Charles Aubry is a specialist in the body shop and business development sectors. With over two decades of experience in the automotive industry, he has held key positions, including as an Account Manager at Progi, where he helped improve productivity in body shops. Bilingual in French and English, Charles is known for his practical ideas and results-oriented approach, contributing to the growth and profitability of body shop businesses across Canada and internationally.
