Cleanliness is Priority #1
All public spaces will be thoroughly disinfected regularly along with a supply of hand sanitizer and other safety related items readily available for all. High touch areas will be sanitized after each client visit.
Touchless Drop Off and Pick Up Service
All vehicles can be dropped off in a contact free environment directly at our collision centres or call to see if it is possible to have us pick up your vehicle at your home or office. We also offer remote payment and receipt delivery options. We can also leave necessary paperwork in your vehicle for you to review. Please ask for details with one of our team members when dropping off your vehicle.
Vehicle Sanitized for Delivery
Vehicles are thoroughly wiped down prior to repair and your vehicle is sanitized prior to delivery. All team members will take appropriate precautions when handling your vehicle.
Photo Estimates Available
Many of our collision centres offer the ability for you to provide pictures of collision damage and send them directly to the collision centre electronically.
Trillium Auto Dealers Association COVID Guidelines
All Ontario-based CCS dealer collision centres are members of the TADA (Trillium Auto Dealers Association) which has provided an extensive workbook on providing a safe workspace for customer and dealership staff.
